REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPS, APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics leadership, preferably in the retail, manufacturing or luxury goods sector.
• Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and driving operational efficiencies.
• Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory control, and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and logistics software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with a focus on results.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
• Oversee procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics to ensure optimal stock levels and on-time deliveries.
• Establish and maintain relationships with global and local suppliers, freight partners, and distribution networks.
• Implement best practices in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization to minimize stock outs and overages.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data analytics and technology to streamline supply chain operations and enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain objectives with overall business goals.
