We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Supply Chain & Data to build and lead our supply chain infrastructure from the ground up.
This is a builder’s role—ideal for someone who has implemented systems and processes from scratch in a scaling CPG brand and is ready to take ownership of forecasting, procurement, inventory, and analytics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7–12 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or procurement (CPG, beverage, or cannabis preferred).
• Proven experience building supply chain systems and dashboards from scratch.
• Strong background in ERP systems (Sage preferred), data analytics, and forecasting tools.
• Comfortable negotiating with international suppliers, especially in China.
• Deep understanding of how supply decisions impact P&L, working capital, and EBITDA.

PREFERRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

• Sage ERP or similar inventory/purchasing platforms.
