THE ROLE: As Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for the end to end global supply chain operations, including sourcing, manufacturing, provisioning and global logistics and delivery at Genius Sports. Genius Sports provides hardware and equipment into sports stadiums, including Football, Basketball & American Football, that help collect advanced AI data. You will be contributing to the expansion of our operations across the world. You will play a key role in making sure the supply chain is set up in the most efficient way helping to optimise shipping routes. You will also work to make sure any legal & regulatory compliance are met, ensuring equipment is sourced, manufactured and provisioned, and delivered into countries worldwide on time for installation. THEN Develop and implement a plan which optimizes the supply chain and reduces shipping costs. Work closely with commercial, finance and operations to effectively forecast stock levels. Make sure all equipment reaches locations on time. Prepare and submit all documentation necessary for customs clearance – including packing lists, customs declarations and invoicing where necessary. Understanding regulatory requirements throughout the entire supply chain process. Manage the manufacturing and provisioning teams. WHAT YOU'LL BRING (max 7 points): 5 + years in supply chain management 3+ years in a management/leadership role within supply chain management Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure Experience and knowledge of sending and receiving shipments, including knowledge about customs into various countries Extensive experience on overseeing global supply chain, including distribution into a range of countries Highly analytical mindset Strong leadership capabilities Ability to travel domestically and internationally We enjoy an ‘office-first’ culture and maximize opportunities to collaborate, connect and learn together.
