Your tasks:

• Local coordination of matters concerning our global key accounts and suppliers.
• Operational and administrative management of the areas of purchasing, customer service, production planning and warehouse management (10 employees)
• Leading a team, including the further development and promotion of employees
• Continuous development and optimization of the internal and external supply chain with regard to costs, quality and efficiency
• Taking over process responsibility in close cooperation with adjacent departments
• Active risk management for one's own area of ​​responsibility
• Initiation of problem-solving processes and active solution search
• Communication and coordination with/within an international sales or SCM team

Your profile:

• They have a completed degree , further training as a technician , or completed basic commercial/technical training.
• They bring relevant professional experience in supply chain management in a technical, industrial environment and already have experience in leading (small) teams.
• Negotiation skills, goal-oriented approach
• Experience in supplier management and customer relations
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and standard MS Office skills (especially Excel) / Experience with SAP S/4 HANA public cloud (newly implemented)
• Team player, resilient and willing to contribute to development work
• Your English and German skills are excellent, both spoken and written.
