Do you want to build a supply chain that enables growth instead of just managing problems? At Rosental Organics, you'll take full end-to-end responsibility for the S&OP process, inventory management, COGS, and supplier management – with a direct impact on profitability, scalability, and service levels. We're looking for an analytical, persuasive individual who loves processes, takes ownership, and drives operational excellence.
- You lead, coach and develop the supply chain team and are responsible for the entire end-to-end forecast, (re-)order and inventory management process, including safety stock and reorder point calculation.
- Bi-weekly Days-of-Inventory and reach analyses (DIO) are part of your routine – from this you proactively derive measures to avoid out-of-stocks and to optimize the OTIF value.
- By negotiating prices, payment terms and Incoterms with suppliers, you can sustainably reduce our COGS and Landed Costs by at least 5% per year.
- You ensure a smooth flow of goods along the entire supply chain – from production to freight forwarding to the last mile – and develop forward-looking transport and capacity plans.
- You control the permanent availability of all production-critical components and packaging materials via MOQ, lead time and ABC analyses.
- You will continuously develop our supply chain processes, SOPs and systems (including Odoo & Asana) and transparently report relevant KPIs (e.g., Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turnover) to management.
Profile - Experience & Skills:
- You bring more than 5 years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in the e-commerce, FMCG or beauty sector, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- You apply forecasting methods, inventory and range control (including Safety Stock, Reorder Point, EOQ) in a data-driven manner, thus avoiding both out-of-stocks and overstocks.
- Working with extreme attention to detail is second nature to you – you have full transparency at all times regarding inventory, lead times and supply chain risks.
- You have already proven your negotiating skills on several occasions: you have demonstrably optimized purchasing conditions, Incoterms, Payment Terms or COGS.
- You communicate confidently with international suppliers at the level of Supplier Scorecards and QBRs, thus building resilient partnerships.
- You speak German and English at least at C1 level.
