Job Description As Head of Supply Chain- Syringe Plant, you will lead and develop the plant’s supply chain organization, ensuring smooth coordination across production planning, logistics, purchasing, and inventory management. You will be responsible for aligning supply chain performance with customer expectations, plant targets, and global supply chain strategies. Your Responsibilities Ensure short-, mid-, and long-term delivery capability to meet customer demand and achieve sales targets Manage production planning in alignment with customer requirements and plant capacity Oversee purchasing orders for product-relevant materials Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring availability while meeting IRRM and IRFG targets Oversee the incoming and dispatch processes of materials and finished goods Lead and develop the plant supply chain team, including performance management, coaching, and development Monitor and analyze Supply Chain KPIs, driving improvement plans aligned with plant objectives Act as a key interface between production, logistics, purchasing, commercial teams, suppliers, customers, and sister plants Represent the plant in supply chain matters in alignment with top management Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives, including CAPA implementation Promote safe working conditions within the area of responsibility Lead sustainability and responsible sourcing projects within the supply chain according to group targets Qualifications Your Profile Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment Proven experience in production planning, logistics management, and supply chain optimization Strong leadership and team development skills In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex supply chain challenges Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Solid risk management capabilities Advanced English (written and spoken) Additional Information Why Join Us: Lead a critical function within a global manufacturing organization Work in an international environment with cross-functional collaboration Drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainability within the supply chain Contribute directly to customer satisfaction and business growth Be part of a company committed to quality, performance, and continuous improvement Join us and be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to innovation and excellence.
