Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize Ektifa’s Supply Chain function by developing strategies, managing procurement, logistics, warehousing, and supplier relationships. The role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, driving cost optimization, ensuring compliance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across all entities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with Ektifa’s objectives.
2. Manage the Supply Chain function’s budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
3. Establish performance tracking frameworks and KPIs to measure Supply Chain effectiveness.
4. Develop procurement frameworks, supplier qualification processes, and governance standards.
5. Oversee procurement activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
6. Lead logistics operations, optimize transportation networks, and improve delivery efficiency.
7. Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and stock optimization across all entities.
8. Monitor Supply Chain performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
9. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
10. Lead and mentor the Supply Chain team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
11. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance Supply Chain capabilities.
12. Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall Supply Chain performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 12 years of experience in Supply Chain functions.
3. Postgraduate Degree preferred with a minimum 10 years of Supply Chain and Procurement experience.
4. Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
5. Strong experience in procurement, logistics, warehouse management, supplier management, and supply chain optimization.
