Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Global Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead and evolve core global functions: Service Operations & Planning, Global Procurement, and Global Logistics. This role is critical to shaping and executing the company’s supply chain strategy across a multi-national, multi-product technology organization. Responsibilities: Define and lead global Supply Chain strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth, customer needs, and operational capabilities. Own and optimize S&OP and Supply Planning processes to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and service readiness. Drive strategic procurement initiatives, supplier performance, and cost optimization across global operations. Oversee logistics and distribution networks, including transportation, trade compliance, and coordination teams. Lead cross-functional transformation projects to enhance agility, scalability, and operational excellence. Partner with senior leadership to influence decision-making through data-driven insights and supply chain intelligence. Requirements Requirements: 5+ years of leadership experience in global supply chain and operations within a complex, multi-national environment. Proven track record in strategic planning, procurement, logistics, and service operations. Strong analytical and execution capabilities, with experience in ERP and planning systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred. Fluent in English. Benefits null
