We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to take ownership of our full-funnel B2B Marketing, Communications, and Account Management verticals - and accelerate how we attract, activate, and retain the experience operators who power our marketplace. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role: you’ll set the vision, sharpen the strategy, and rally cross-functional teams behind a clear plan for supplier growth. The role is based in Berlin and reports directly to the VP Supply and Sales. Your mission Own and scale a bold, full-funnel marketing strategy built around the supplier journey - partnering with teams across the company to define and deliver against KPIs at every stage, from awareness to long-term loyalty Lead, coach, and grow a talented Supply Marketing team spanning B2B Performance Marketing, Brand and Product Marketing - creating an environment where ambitious marketers do their best work Build the kind of cross-functional partnerships that move the needle, working hand-in-hand with Sales, Supply, and Product to win our most strategic attractions and suppliers Develop a sharp, data-informed point of view on the global activity operator landscape, and translate it into go-to-market strategies that resonate with suppliers’ real needs and behaviors Champion the supplier story at the highest level, reporting progress and strategic insights to our Executive team and influencing the direction of the business Your toolkit You bring 7–10 years of progressive experience across Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, or Operations & Project Management - including a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams You’re a strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts: equally comfortable shaping the long-term plan and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen You’re entrepreneurial, creative, and naturally curious - energized by ambiguity and motivated by the chance to build something that lasts You communicate with clarity and conviction, and you know how to align stakeholders from working teams up to the executive level You’re fluent in data and in storytelling - and you use both to drive decisions and inspire action How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time. Responsibilities

Lead and scale a full-funnel B2B marketing strategy to attract, activate, and retain experience operators. Manage a cross-functional team spanning performance, brand, and product marketing while partnering with Sales and Product teams to drive supplier growth.
