This role will drive supply-side growth and programmatic revenue across APAC with focus on SEA & India. You will onboard enterprise publishers and manage premium supply partnerships. What You'll Do 1. Publisher Supply Development Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard enterprise publishers and premium media owners in India, ANZ, and SEA. Account Management: Serve as the primary consultant for publishers to grow supply quality, ad volume, and yield. Business Reviews: Lead regular performance reviews to track metrics and optimize monetization strategies. 2. Market Development Market Insights: Track APAC programmatic trends, local publisher landscapes, and agency buyer behaviors. GTM Strategy: Feed market insights to the APAC leadership team to shape product roadmaps and Go-To-Market strategies. 5+ Years in AdTech: Extensive experience in digital advertising, with a specialized focus on SSP, supply-side, or programmatic operations. Experienced with Programmatic Tech Stack: Comprehensive, practical knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM), SSP Platforms. Commercially Driven: Demonstrated success in ad sales or business development, adept at generating pipelines and securing enterprise publisher partnerships. Effective Communicator: Capable of efficiently managing both premium publisher stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
