We are looking for a Head of Supply Strategy to architect, scale, and optimize Lokal’s supply ecosystem across categories (Astrology, Dostt, Astro,). This role goes beyond operations — it is about designing the supply engine of the company. You will own: Supply acquisition strategy Monetization & pricing frameworks Retention & lifecycle management Supply-demand equilibrium Incentive structures & loyalty architecture Strategic partnerships Supply-side P&L outcomes Who You Are 4+ years of experience in Supply Strategy / Marketplace Ops / Creator Ops / Community-led platforms Experience in B2C tech startups or marketplace models Strong understanding of supply-demand equilibrium Proven experience in revenue ownership or category-level P&L Deep analytical mindset (comfortable with metrics, forecasting, cohort analysis) Strong people leader with execution excellence Ability to build from 0 → 1 and scale from 1 → 10 Why Join Lokal?
