1. What we are looking for   The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and dynamic Head of Support Ethiopia.  More About the Role.  We are seeking to recruit a Head of Support (HoS) to innovate and maintain processes, with a focus on empowering human resources and fostering a culture of efficiency, value for money, delivering to scale and compliance (especially during this new phase of reset agenda).   What you will do   1. Line management for support managers of Finance, HR, Admin and Logistics and ICT  2. Member of the Country Management Group (CMG)  3. Compliance with and adherence to NRC policies, guidance and handbooks and donor/auditor requirements  4. Facilitate the support function`s strategic input to the development of the Country Strategy and Plan of Action   5. Provide input on operational support in proposal development, and to coordinate and align operational support with programme plans  6.
