REQUIREMENTS

• 15–20 years of experience in sustainability or ESG leadership, preferably with exposure to both investment and operations

• Strong knowledge of global sustainability frameworks and reporting standards
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage diverse stakeholders
• Sector experience in logistics, energy, maritime, or impact investing is advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business, or a related field; ESG or climate-related certifications are a plus

• Design and implement a comprehensive, group-wide sustainability strategy aligned with the organization’s long-term vision

• Lead sustainability governance, reporting, and compliance in accordance with international frameworks (e.g., GRI, ISSB, SBTi)
• Integrate ESG considerations into investment evaluations and portfolio management
• Embed sustainability principles into business operations, innovation, and transformation programs
• Represent the organization in engagements with partners, regulators, and sustainability platforms to foster strategic collaboration
• Cultivate a strong internal sustainability culture through training, capacity building, and employee engagement
