THE ROLE

As Head of Systems/IT Manager, you’ll be both technically involved and strategically minded—responsible for managing a sizable IT environment while ensuring robust, high-performing IT services. Crucially, you’ll bring SME-level expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (FO), supporting and maintaining these systems in a live manufacturing setting.
You must have a strong understanding of how the systems fit together and how to support them operationally. This is a hands-on position, not one for someone who has moved entirely into management, and also plays a vital role in managing complex stakeholder relationships, you’ll manage competing priorities, high expectations, and challenging change management.

The ideal candidate for the Head of Systems/IT Manager role will have:

• Strong, hands-on experience in a technical IT leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and FO within a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing a sizeable IT estate, including infrastructure, applications, ERP, CRM, and service delivery
• Proven stakeholder and change management skills in complex or distributed teams
• Certifications like ITIL, PMP, or Microsoft are desirabl
