We are looking for Head of Talent Acquisition who will have an amazing opportunity to help build, optimize, and drive best in class talent initiatives for Delivery Hero across Europe region. This individual will become a member of the pandora Talent Acquisition Leadership Team whose purpose is to develop and set direction for consistent ways of working across 18 markets across EU, Turkey & APAC aligning with our peers globally.
This role is accountable for leading a team of talent acquisition partners focused on hiring for all roles at Delivery Hero across Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Sweden, Norway, Finland & Germany. This strategic leader will develop the overall vision and long-term strategy for how this team will consistently partner with the business to deliver great outcomes. The individual will be responsible for implementing standard ways of working to include the candidate experience, assessment/selection processes, development of research/diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives/sourcing strategies, and will be the primary point of contact for the team and all regional leadership team.

Your mission:

• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and executive our TA strategy, aligned with Delivery Hero’s growth objectives, with an emphasis on our Non-Tech departments.
• Leadership: Grow, lead and mentor a team of recruiters, while being a key partner to other leaders in TA.
• Employer branding: Continue to strengthen our employer branding strategy, helping to make Pandora a known brand across our markets.
• Hiring: oversee the day-to-day recruitment for our Non-Tech teams across the countries. Partner with internal teams to drive process improvements and scalable solutions in order to hire world-class talent.
• Stakeholder management: partner closely with our Non-Tech leaders to help achieve their hiring goals.
• Data, reporting, and analytics: establish and monitor team metrics and individual KPIs for the team with the aim of elevating our hiring efforts. Track and report on key hiring activities with a focus on influencing positive change across our hiring processes.
• Market intelligence: stay informed about industry trends across Europe, while surfacing relevant insights for our leadership teams.
• Diversity and inclusion: implement initiatives to promote D&I within our recruiting process. Partner with our internal communities and D&I team to ensure that D&I is at the forefront of our hiring efforts.

YOUR HEROIC SKILLS:

• 8 + years of talent acquisition experience, including a minimum of 4+ years managing a recruitment team
• Experience supporting different regions is required.
• Proven success leading scaling and leading teams, with a track record of growth and development to drive high performance.
• Deep understanding of Non-Tech roles, competencies and market trends.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with and influence all levels of business leaders.
• Ability to utilize data effectively to drive performance and influence change across the TA landscape.
