• Over 10 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals, with a proven track record of building high-performing technical teams for diverse clients.• More than 7 years of dedicated experience in active headhunting for senior and specialized IT roles, skilled in identifying and attracting top-tier talent globally.• Strong foundational and practical knowledge of key IT development platforms, programming languages, and industry terminology, enabling precise assessments of candidate qualifications.• Expertise in defining both technical and soft skill requirements for roles, collaborating with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional colleagues, ensuring alignment and delivering a positive recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a strategic and tactically strong Head of Talent Acquisition (Europe) to shape the Talent Acquisition strategy across multiple European markets. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by driving the recruitment of top tech talent for INSCALE and our clients, spanning various projects and regions.Your leadership will be pivotal in building a high-performing, agile team that delivers exceptional recruitment outcomes through streamlined, efficient, and diverse hiring practices. Your main responsibilities cover Strategic Oversight, Team Leadership & Development, Client Partnerships, Talent Pipeline Management, Metrics-Driven Execution and Continuous Improvement.As Head of Talent Acquisition (Europe), you will be responsible for:• Designing, developing, and executing forward-thinking talent acquisition strategies aligned with INSCALE’s objectives, ensuring scalability to meet the changing needs of our clients and markets.• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that excels at seeking, engaging, hiring, and retaining top-tier tech talent while fostering a strong, positive employment brand.• Building trusted partnerships with international clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering recruitment solutions that align with their goals. You’ll engage directly in pre-sales recruitment meetings to enhance our Sales team’s offerings.• Continuously developing talent pipelines with a focus on proactive headhunting, talent mapping, and diverse candidate sourcing for current and future roles.• Monitoring recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire, to inform strategies and enhance process efficiency. Reporting regularly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.• Driving innovation and excellence across all sourcing, selection, and employer branding initiatives, implementing best practices and leveraging AI and other advanced recruitment tools to enhance the candidate experience and streamline operations.Ideal Candidate Profile:We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader who embodies both strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise. Key qualifications include:• Proven success in a senior Talent Acquisition role (10+ years in IT recruitment, 7+ years in headhunting), with the ability to manage and inspire teams of 15-20 technical recruiters/ leads across multiple countries.• Demonstrated experience in active headhunting and using advanced sourcing techniques beyond job portals, including social media and AI-driven tools, with a track record of engaging passive candidates.• Skilled in managing client relationships and aligning recruitment processes with client goals, including requirements gathering and candidate profiling.• Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate assessment, bottleneck analysis, and ongoing improvement of recruitment processes.• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates.
