• Development and implementation of the company-wide talent acquisition strategy in close coordination with management and specialist departments.
• Leadership and development of the recruiting team, including goal setting and performance management
• Consulting for management on personnel planning, labor market developments, employer branding and talent risks
• Management and optimization of recruiting processes, systems and candidate journey
• Analysis of relevant recruiting metrics, creation of regular reports and derivation of improvement measures
• Responsibility for the recruiting budget, external service providers, and the use of modern recruiting technologies.

Requirements profile

• Completed studies in human resources management, business administration, economic psychology or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in talent acquisition, including several years in a management role
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic recruiting and personnel planning concepts
• Strong leadership, consulting and communication skills at the management level
• Confident handling of recruiting metrics, digital recruiting solutions and applicant management systems
• Strategic, analytical and at the same time implementation-oriented working method
• Fluent German and English skills
