Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role you will drive the end-to-end recruitment for the company, ensuring a seamless hiring process and exceptional candidate experience. Working closely with business leaders, this role will align talent strategies with company goals while also contributing to broader HR initiatives such as employer branding, workforce planning, and talent development.

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • 4+ years of international experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager or Team Lead role, overseeing recruitment teams and processes
  • Proven ability to develop and implement scalable hiring strategies that align with business goals
  • Strong experience in creating and leveraging dashboards, reports, and analytics to drive data-informed recruitment strategies and decision-making
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in mentoring and growing recruitment teams
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Expertise in market mapping, talent pipelining, and employer branding to attract top talent in competitive markets
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leadership and hiring managers
  • Experience in streamlining recruitment processes and implementing best practices for a seamless candidate experience
  • Experience with ATS systems, recruitment tools, and innovative sourcing hacks
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating a positive candidate and employee experience
