About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in fast-paced, hypergrowth environments, who is an emphatic lead, data-driven and excels in leveraging KPIs and managing teams.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on managing part of a power team as well as work closely with and support Project A’s clients by fulfilling their recruitment needs.
Our Talent Consulting team supports both our in-house operational teams and our clients. This group of dedicated experts specialises in locating, attracting, and hiring the best people to build and grow products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in leading recruitment teams in dynamic, fast-growing environments, ideally agency or consultancy experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use KPIs to inform and enhance recruitment strategies
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and service requests
  • Excellent communication skills—both influential and empathetic—to engage and uplift teams
  • Hands-on experience in attracting high-level talent and expanding recruitment capabilities
  • Passion for mentoring and developing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • A degree in business administration, human resources or a comparable degree or commercial training in the area of human resources
  • Fluency in English; German knowledge is a plus
    Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team of Recruiters, Tech Recruiters, and Sourcers
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, filling senior roles and ensuring a seamless talent acquisition process
  • Design and implement efficient, high-quality, and people-centered recruiting processes
  • Leverage data and KPIs to guide decision-making and continuously refine strategies
  • Lead by example by personally attracting top-tier talent and championing new initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture through supportive and empathetic leadership
  • Provide training, mentorship, and growth opportunities to empower the recruiting team
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to align talent acquisition strategies with company goals
  • Manage client accounts, track service delivery, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
