We are a growth partner for over 100 of the largest German B2C brands such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox and are currently looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition (m/f/d).

As Head of Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) you are responsible for our recruiting end-to-end, from the advertisement to the signature.

You will build the team that drives our growth and run recruiting for us like a business of your own.

Remote work is possible. You can expect full ownership and attractive compensation.

Tasks

Full responsibility for strategy, budget and figures in recruiting.
Create and scale your own recruiting ads (Meta & LinkedIn)
Active sourcing via social media, job boards & networks
Conduct, select, and configure introductory calls yourself
Building talent pipelines, processes, and automations
Close collaboration with the founders
Perspective: build your own team under you

qualification

You have built or run your own agency
You have already made settings for your own team in this space.
Manages a minimum six-figure ad budget
Full Stack: Performance mindset, people skills and sales skills in one person
Strong communication skills and a very good sense of people
Full availability and the willingness to go the extra mile
