To meet this, we are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who knows exactly how to design, scale, and lead a TA function built to deliver at pace. A key part of the challenge will be attracting and securing highly specialized talent within a technically complex environment. You will set the structure, drive execution, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while building the capability needed to meet an ambitious growth agenda. The Role As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing atNorth’s talent acquisition function during a critical scaling phase. You will define strategy, build structure, and ensure high-quality recruitment delivery across multiple countries and business areas, with a clear goal of building a world-class candidate experience that strengthens atNorth’s employer brand and supports long-term growth. This role combines strategic leadership with operational ownership. You will lead a geographically distributed TA team (today 4 people) and work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to ensure talent acquisition effectively supports atNorth’s ambitious growth plans, including large upcoming projects with significant hiring volumes. Your responsibilities will include: Define and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across global markets aligned with atNorth’s business goals and continued growth. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with P&C Business Partners on the important FTE Forecasting process. Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, including remote team members across multiple countries. Own and evolve recruitment processes and tooling, ensuring efficient, standardized, and future-proof ways of working, including optimal use of the ATS. Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, providing guidance on role definition, prioritization, and hiring decisions. Desing/Develop trainings to hiring managers in recruitment and interviewing techniques. Take full ownership of recruitment delivery and results, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience. Make sure atNorth proactive and smart builds a candidate pool. Partner upon employer branding activities, candidate attraction, and proactive sourcing, building long-term talent pipelines in competitive and technical markets. Manage the TA budget and recruitment data, using insights and analytics to continuously improve performance and outcomes. Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies incl. contract management with them. The role can be based in Sweden, Denmark, or Norway, with close collaboration across the Nordics. The role reports to Director of People & Culture. Is this you? To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of leadership maturity, hands-on recruitment experience, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ongoing change. You have already a good network in the tech field and you as a person have a personal interest and excellent understanding of tech and the roles connected to it. Experience from Data Center industry is a plus. We want you to have a strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (HiBob), excel and similar. You should like to work both very independently/self driven and collaboratively in a global environment. The role may require occasional business travel, so flexibility is important. Experience with global mobility/relocation processes is a valuable asset, as well are certifications in personal assessments or job-related tests. You likely have: At least five years of formal people management experience. Extensive experience working as a recruiter (in-house and/or consultancy). Experience leading remote teams. Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders. Experience working in an international and multi-country context. Proven experience from fast-moving, growth-oriented organizations. A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a comparable role as Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruitment Consultant. Experience of supporting with senior hires, both on manager levels as well as specialists Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and at least one Nordic language. Some certifications in assessment tools. Driver license. As a person, you are confident, structured, and pragmatic. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and change. You are proactive, communicative, and genuinely curious, particularly when it comes to understanding new roles, technologies, and business needs.
