At Zenika, we are a community of passionate consultants who believe that technology and people grow best together. Our Singapore office is home to about 50 Z today, and we aim to double in size over the next two years.
To make this happen, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader who will help us find, attract, and welcome the right people: consultants who not only excel technically, but also resonate with our values of collaboration, ethics, and sharing.
This role is first and foremost about recruitment: building a great experience for candidates and ensuring Zenika continues to grow with the right talent. For those who want to go further, there will also be opportunities to get involved in HR topics such as learning, career development, and diversity & inclusion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead our recruitment efforts in Singapore (and potentially more broadly in APAC as we grow) and manage the local TA team (currently one team member).
  • Run end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, making sure every step reflects the Zenika culture.
  • Partner with local leaders to understand business needs and anticipate the skills we’ll need tomorrow.
  • Collaborate with our global HR and Talent teams, sharing practices and adapting them to our local market.
  • Build strong pipelines by connecting with diverse communities, engaging with tech networks, and nurturing long-term relationships with potential candidates.
  • Track and improve recruitment metrics so we can grow faster and smarter.
