About the Role The Recruiting Manager – Wealth & Asset Management leads a team of recruiters delivering complex, high‑impact hiring across Wealth Management and Asset Management businesses. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this role is accountable for recruiting performance, candidate experience, stakeholder partnership, and disciplined risk management. This leader operates with clarity, transparency, and sound judgment, balancing speed and quality in a highly regulated environment. They foster open dialogue, inclusive decision‑making, and shared accountability while positioning Talent Acquisition as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. The role offers exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to drive the growth strategy of the firm.. It is a hands‑on leadership position, combining team oversight with direct involvement in complex, high‑impact hiring and critical stakeholder situations. Key Responsibilities Lead recruiting delivery for Wealth & Asset Management hiring with a strong focus on quality, speed, and cost effectiveness, driving year‑over‑year improvement in time to hire, offer acceptance, and recruiter productivity. Monitor team performance, workload distribution, and recruiting metrics, addressing gaps early through clear expectations, coaching, and prioritization to ensure consistent results. Ensure a high‑quality, consistent candidate experience across all roles by setting and reinforcing standards for communication, professionalism, and expectation setting throughout the hiring process. Strengthen recruiter‑led sourcing outcomes by reinforcing market‑informed sourcing strategies, accurate source tracking, and effective use of sourcing analytics. Embed social recruiting and employer brand advocacy as standard practice, including recruiter use of Amplify and LinkedIn, and enabling hiring‑manager participation at key moments in the hiring process. Oversee targeted talent campaigns aligned to business priorities and market conditions, particularly for hard‑to‑fill and strategically important roles. Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, encouraging responsible experimentation with AI‑enabled tools while ensuring consistency, compliance, and ethical use. Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners by ensuring recruiters develop deep understanding of their supported businesses, talent markets, and competitive landscape. Maintain disciplined, audit‑ready recruiting operations by ensuring compliance steps, documentation, approvals, and mandatory training are completed fully and on time. Reinforce inclusive recruiting practices throughout the hiring process, including outreach and interview panels, while modeling professional respect and equitable leadership behaviors. Qualifications & Experience Required At least 10 years experience leading recruiting teams in wealth management and/or asset management Strong people leadership capabilities, including performance management, coaching, and development Demonstrated success recruiting executive level roles Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders Experience using recruiting data, metrics, and dashboards to drive performance improvement Knowledge of recruiting compliance requirements and employment legislation Experience driving recruiter‑led sourcing and social recruiting strategies Exposure to AI‑enabled recruiting tools and workflow optimization Experience partnering with global or regionally distributed Talent Acquisition teams Salary Range: $137,400 - 240,400 USD Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
