Job Description As the Head of Talent Management, you will play a key role in shaping our organization's future by leading strategic talent initiatives that drive growth and performance across the business. Reporting to the Director of Talent & Learning and working closely with a team of 3 Talent Management Specialists to translate business objectives into talent strategies and programs that nurture our people and culture. You’ll also work closely with the Head of Learning, HRBPs & international HR teams across our business. Rituals is in a hypergrowth and our future game plan is ambitious. An important part of your role will be to develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Management strategy aligned with our organizational vision and goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, partnering with global and local stakeholders to tailor solutions that fit diverse needs. Your Accountabilities: Lead initiatives in talent development, talent identification, succession planning, and prioritized pipeline creation to ensure we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time Design and implement innovative talent programs that enhance employee engagement and retention Leverage data-driven insights and AI technologies to personalize development journeys for our employees Build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to drive talent initiatives forward. Own and shape a culture of feedback, growth, and inclusivity by improving and amplifying the adoption of the performance management processes and tools Lead efforts to embed our cultural amplifiers in all aspects of Talent Management Career Pathways: Develop frameworks that guide employees in advancing their careers Mentorship Initiatives: Implement programs to support career growth and leadership readiness Create tailored plans that align individual goals with organizational needs Guide and develop a high-performing team, encouraging innovation and a results-driven mindset (Play to Win) and promote knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and a sense of belonging within the Talent & Learning team (Love to Care) Define success metrics, track program effectiveness, and use insights to elevate the impact of our talent strategies Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continually evolving our approach to meet future needs Qualifications 8+ years in Talent Management, with 3+ years in leadership roles, preferably within a dynamic matrix environment Demonstrated success in designing and launching talent programs on a global scale and experience in improving and driving the performance cycle Strong understanding of how culture, leadership and AI intersect Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Understanding of Workday and utilization of data to enable strategic talent management processes & practices Your Personal Attributes: High energy with a collaborative spirit, sense of humor and humbleness Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technology in talent development As a leader you have Play to win and Love to care mindset; ensuring in team and cross functional collaboration, while also jumping in to work alongside them (as needed) to ensure success Fluency in English, and residency in the Netherlands required Why Join Us?
