ABOUT YOU
You are an accomplished primary educator and collaborative leader with demonstrated experience leading teaching and learning improvement in a Junior School or primary education setting. You will bring:
- Proven experience developing, implementing and reviewing high-quality learning programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
- Demonstrated educational leadership, or the capability to demonstrate leadership, that strengthens teaching practice and improves learning outcomes for all students.
- The ability to lead, coach and support staff in achieving shared strategic priorities and goals.
- Highly developed strategic thinking, analytical, data literacy, innovation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and manage competing priorities and resources effectively.
- Relevant teaching qualifications and current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Queensland College of Teachers, together with current eligibility to work in Australia.
- A demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct and to advancing the School’s vision, purpose, values and educational philosophy.
To succeed in this role, you will be a visible, organised and solutions-focused leader who combines strategic thinking with practical implementation. Of critical importance is your ability to inspire others, build strong professional relationships and translate a clear vision for teaching and learning into sustained improvement across the Junior School.
