Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership in all aspects of learning, teaching, and educational technology.
Develop and embed innovative pedagogical approaches to inspire all students and raise standards, including for SEND, Gifted and Talented, and Emirati students.
Monitor learning and teaching to accelerate student performance.
Develop and deliver a professional development program tailored to staff needs and whole school development.
Ensure effective performance management for teaching staff, including quality assurance and mentoring opportunities.
Promote Positive Education to ensure students contribute effectively to the learning process.
Lead the strategic integration of technology to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Support the school’s leadership team in planning and delivering professional development.
Play a key role in school self-evaluation and contribute to the consultative and decision-making processes.
