Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in all aspects of learning, teaching, and educational technology.
- Develop and embed innovative pedagogical approaches to inspire all students and raise standards, including for SEND, Gifted and Talented, and Emirati students.
- Monitor learning and teaching to accelerate student performance.
- Develop and deliver a professional development program tailored to staff needs and whole school development.
- Ensure effective performance management for teaching staff, including quality assurance and mentoring opportunities.
- Promote Positive Education to ensure students contribute effectively to the learning process.
- Lead the strategic integration of technology to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Support the school’s leadership team in planning and delivering professional development.
- Play a key role in school self-evaluation and contribute to the consultative and decision-making processes.
