Responsibilities
  • Leadership of the technical purchasing team at the Germany site
  • Close collaboration with international purchasing and specialist departments to align global purchasing strategies
  • Shared responsibility for managing technical investment projects in close cooperation with Engineering, Production, and Controlling
  • Responsibility for the global purchasing process “Purchase to Pay”
  • Development and implementation of commodity group strategies as well as international supplier management
  • Execution of global tenders, contract negotiations, and supplier evaluations
  • Use of modern digital tools such as eProcurement, Supplier Collaboration, and Spend Analytics
  • Leadership and active participation in cross-functional, international projects (e.g., digitalization, sustainability, CAPEX)
  • Regular review and optimization of existing purchasing processes with regard to efficiency, quality, and compliance requirements
  • Active support of Engineering and Sales through purchasing expertise and strategic consultin
