Our testing and engineering team in Dresden specializes in materials and component testing, plant inspection, and strength calculations. To strengthen our plant inspection team, we are looking for a

Head of Plant Inspection, Inspector (m/f/d)

These are your tasks

  • Professional and personnel management of the plant inspection department
  • Planning, execution and documentation of inspections (lifetime monitoring, condition assessment during shutdowns and

Shutdowns)

  • Expert assessment of the conformity of inspection results and derivation of measures/recommendations for continued operation

and subsequent monitoring

  • Participation in national and international research committees and working groups
  • Position as inspector for the field of lifetime analysis
  • Sales, project planning and execution

What you bring with you

  • Completion of a university degree in energy or process engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Confident use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Specialized professional experience with management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of applicable standards, regulations and testing procedures
  • Several years of experience as an inspector in thermal energy and process engineering as well as in refinery plants are advantageous.
  • Ability to work at high altitudes, good physical condition (on-site inspection with TÜV and operators)
