Description

As Head of Technical Services, you are responsible for the entire infrastructure of the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring business continuity, performance and evolution. You manage and coordinate the technical teams to ensure an efficient, responsive organization aligned with the company’s strategic challenges.

Responsibilities

  • You define the department’s strategy in line with the Group’s values and vision, and ensure its deployment in all the entities concerned.
  • You draw up the department’s Opex and Capex budgets and ensure financial reporting.
  • You establish KPI’s and report on all department activities.
  • You challenge and validate requests for the acquisition of new infrastructures and related equipment.
  • You manage all infrastructure and support system projects, from identification of needs through to implementation, while ensuring that investments are profitable.
  • You supervise infrastructure projects within subsidiaries and harmonize technical standards between the various sites.
  • You set up a preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance system for infrastructure-related equipment, and manage obsolescence to ensure continuity of technical activities.
  • You coordinate teams and subcontractors, ensuring that tasks are carried out correctly.
  • You organize and monitor on-call operations and guarantee optimum responsiveness in the event of an incident.
  • You ensure that infrastructures comply with environmental, safety and quality standards.
  • You support the implementation and enforcement of prevention and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • You participate in internal and external audits and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
  • You unite all teams around the defined strategy and objectives.
  • You ensure regular evaluation and development of the team.
  • You play an active role in recruiting and welcoming team members.
  • You ensure a positive working environment.

Profile

  • You have a Master’s degree in engineering, infrastructure management or equivalent through experience.
  • You have at least 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • You have a good knowledge of ISO and GMP standards.
  • You have experience with a CMMS.
  • You have excellent organizational skills.
  • You have the ability to think on your feet and have a strategic vision.
  • You demonstrate leadership and assertiveness. You take initiative and make decisions.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
