Head of Technology and AI Law
We are seeking an experienced attorney with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our legal department as a leader of our technology, privacy, and artificial intelligence legal team. This position will primarily support enterprise Technology/Digital/Operations/Shared Services ("TDOSS") initiatives while providing strategic legal guidance on AI governance, data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance in the fast-evolving AI landscape and managing a team of legal professionals.The incumbent will collaborate cross-functionally with our business units and executive teams to help guide our use, development, and deployment of AI technologies in a manner that is legally sound, ethically responsible, and aligned with emerging regulations. In this leadership role, you will develop and execute on our legal strategy in partnership with the rest of our legal department, while playing a pivotal role in providing general legal support and guidance concerning data protection, artificial intelligence, and privacy matters. This position is responsible for providing visionary leadership, direction, and oversight on day-to-day matters as well as projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and long-term goals.

Base Pay Range: $270,000/yr - $380,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
