Key responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent client projects and programmes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• Establish strong governance, reporting and delivery disciplines
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks before they impact customers
• Own departmental budgeting, forecasting and financial performance
• Drive resource planning and capacity forecasting
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and senior delivery professionals
