Your tasks and prospects

• Personnel, operational and financial management of the Technology Management division
• Strategic and organizational development of the division and its departments
• Ensuring the safe, reliable and economical operation of technical systems and infrastructures
• Responsibility for medical technology including regulatory requirements, certifications and strategic partnerships
• Management and prioritization of investments, resources and projects, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality and safety requirements.

What you bring to this position

• University degree (University of Applied Sciences/University) in a technical or scientific field, as well as further training in business administration, leadership or management
• Several years of management experience in a technologically demanding environment
• Solid knowledge in the fields of medical technology and technologies, preferably in a hospital setting
• Strong entrepreneurial and economic understanding, combined with strategic vision, networked action, and high leadership and communication skills.
• Solid experience in project, investment and resource management, as well as in dealing with regulatory requirements, procurement processes and contractual issues.
