What you’ll be doing: You’ll be at the centre of it all — leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional tech operations and infrastructure across our airport precinct. You’ll: Partner with senior leaders and Digital teams to anticipate what’s next and scale technology solutions as our airport grows. Set the strategic direction for technology operations and infrastructure — ensuring it’s secure, resilient, and future-ready. Collaborate closely with our Information Security teams to keep our systems safe and compliant. Manage key vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and deliver value through smart partnerships. Lead budgets, optimise costs, and drive continuous improvement across all digital operations. Champion customer experience — developing digital solutions that make travel smoother and operations smarter. Ensure our infrastructure projects land on time, on budget, and make a real difference to how we operate. Role model our “People First” approach to health, safety and wellbeing every day. What you’ll bring: We’re looking for a seasoned tech leader who thrives in a complex, fast-moving environment. You’ll bring a mix of strategy, technical expertise, and strong people leadership to the role. You’ll have: A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 15+ years’ experience in the technology sector, including at least 5 years in a senior tech operations or infrastructure leadership role. A deep understanding of tech operations, IT service management (ITIL), and hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-prem). Proven success leading teams, managing vendors, and delivering large-scale, high-impact projects.
