Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence and day‑to‑day service accountability. Strong stakeholder influence skills, including engagement with executives, Boards, regulators, vendors, and government bodies. A track record of driving resilience, risk management, automation, and continuous improvement across enterprise platforms. Highly developed people leadership capability, with a focus on culture, performance, capability uplift, and succession.
