We're partnering with a highly regarded, purpose-led organisation to appoint a Head of Technology Product Management to lead and uplift an established Technology Product function. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on people leadership, platform strategy and getting greater value from existing technology investments. You'll lead a team of Technology Product Managers and Specialists while establishing a consistent approach to how internal technology platforms are managed across their full lifecycle.

The Role

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Technology Product Managers and Product Specialists
• Building capability and moving the team from reactive delivery towards more strategic Product Management
• Establishing a consistent Product operating model across multiple technology platforms
• Developing clear platform strategies and roadmaps
• Driving effective backlog management, prioritisation and delivery tracking
• Managing technology platforms across their full lifecycle - from investment and optimisation through to upgrades, versioning and retirement
• Ensuring platforms remain fit for purpose, secure, compliant and delivering value
• Identifying opportunities to improve integration, introduce automation and extract greater value from existing platforms
