Providing stable and secure cyber security systems, infrastructure, and related services. Managing the entire endpoint lifecycle from pre-purchase through to disposal.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service delivery success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Overseeing the motivation, performance, and capacity management of the Security and Endpoint team in a changing environment to maximise their contribution concerning forecasted work and resource commitments.
