Having reached c.$1bn of Gross Written Premium in the first three years of trading, and becoming a Top 20 Lloyd’s of London syndicate, Ki is launching a Technology Services function and Transformation Programme to enhance our technological capabilities and streamline processes. The programme will transform Ki’s internal-facing technology services across all business functions, including Actuarial & Risk, Underwriting & Distribution, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Claims and IT.
We are seeking a forward-thinking and proven leader with deep business system expertise as Head of Technology Services Governance for Ki to lead and manage the Technology Governance team for the business and also support the Technology Transformation Programme.
As the Head of Technology Services Governance, will be responsible for developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient use of technology resources.
The Head of Technology Services Governance will be a Technology Senior Leadership team member.
