  • Proficiency in project management systems and data-driven reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Head of Technology | Software Director will be responsible for managing all technology products at Kore.co, leading our development teams, and ensuring proper execution of projects. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance technical expertise with strong management skills, ensuring no development resources are wasted while driving product innovation forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technology Leadership & Strategy
  • Oversee all technology products and platforms at Kore.co.
  • Ensure the right technologies, frameworks, and tools are selected and implemented effectively.
  • Lead the company’s DevOps improvements and infrastructure optimizations.
  • Team & Project Management
  • Manage and mentor the software development team, ensuring high productivity and accountability.
  • Train and guide Project Managers and Lead Developers to execute projects efficiently.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Product & Integration Oversight
  • Ensure all product integrations are properly planned, developed, and maintained.
  • Establish quality standards and oversee testing, deployment, and maintenance processes.
  • Work closely with management to align product direction with company goals.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Implement and oversee detailed reporting on development hours, productivity, and project progress via the company’s Project Management system.
  • Provide the executive team with transparent, actionable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the CEO and management team to set priorities and strategic direction.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Coordinate closely with the European office; travel required.
