Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The primary purposes of this role are to globally a) commercial management and ownership of Telco and MSP Partner business b) commercial management and ownership of the Telco and MSP Partner GTM and respective Marketplaces c) external and internal stakeholder and governance management and ownership of the above.
This is achieved by working closely with peers in our own team, various central teams (ie. Revops, marketing, customer success, product team, sales engineering, finance), and the mid-market and SMB sales teams.
Success in the role is measured by team OKR’s and/or quarterly targets that are set together with employee’s manager.

KEY ACTIVITIES TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR (IN EXAMPLE):

  • Create and follow up on business plan for Telco and MSP partners.
  • Create and manage instructions related to Telco and MSP partner offerings and sales processes including related documentation.
  • Create and manage campaigns for with the Telco and MSP partners in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Attend relevant Telco Partner events both as a sponsor and participant. Plan to be done together with marketing.
  • Regular (weekly or bi-weekly, QBRs) business cadence with the Telco and MSP partners.
  • Create Annual clock for the Telco partners.
  • Regular events ie. Channel Sales calls, Partner webinars, Sphere.
  • Scheduled and ad hoc internal/external communication activities.
  • Keep Intranet and Sharepoint site content management up to date.
