About the Role The Head of Telehealth Marketing is a senior leader who owns the full patient marketing function for Evergreen Telehealth, an emerging virtual care brand. This is a true seat-at-the-table role, setting the strategic vision across brand, acquisition, lifecycle, and patient experience, with the budget, agency relationships, and organizational mandate to bring it to life. You’ll own the channel mix, creative strategy, conversion architecture, and patient experience from first impression to long-term retention. This is a greenfield opportunity. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Telehealth Operations, and Marketing Ops while building out your own dedicated marketing team over time. Job Activities and Responsibilities: The responsibilities listed below are subject to change. What You’ll Lead & Own 1. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction * Set the strategic vision for Evergreen’s consumer-facing brand — voice, positioning, and market differentiation. * Lead creative strategy and oversee agency and in-house teams to execute across all DTC channels. * Champion a consistent, trusted patient communication standard across every touchpoint. 2. Demand Generation & Paid Media * Own the acquisition strategy and investment decisions across all digital channels: PPC, paid social, retargeting, and affiliates/influencers. * Oversee paid media budget allocation and vendor relationships, with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and conversion efficiency. * Set the funnel optimization strategy, directing internal teams and agencies on landing page, A/B testing, and acquisition flow priorities. 3. Patient Lifecycle & Retention * Design and own the patient retention and reactivation strategy across email, SMS, content, and automated lifecycle programs. * Partner with Telehealth Operations and Clinical leadership to identify systemic patient friction points and drive experience improvements at scale. * Build adherence, follow-up, and re-engagement programs that measurably improve patient outcomes and long-term LTV. 4. Content & Education * Define the content and education strategy for Evergreen patients; oversee production of videos, guides, FAQs, and clinical education assets. * Ensure telehealth patients understand treatment options, safe usage, expectations, and next steps. * Establish cross-functional workflows with Clinical and Shared Services to ensure accuracy, compliance, and speed-to-market. 5. Reputation & Customer Voice * Own Evergreen’s reputation strategy: architect feedback loops, review programs, and sentiment monitoring at a brand level. * Synthesize patient insights and data into strategic recommendations that shape product, clinical, and marketing decisions. * Serve as the executive voice of the patient in senior leadership discussions, bringing data-backed empathy to every decision. 6. Performance & Analytics * Set and hold accountability for Evergreen’s growth KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rate, retention rate, and revenue contribution. * Partner with Marketing Ops to build executive-level reporting dashboards that connect Evergreen performance to broader business outcomes. * Use performance intelligence to drive strategic pivots across acquisition, channel mix, and lifecycle programming and communicate findings to senior leadership. * Own and manage the Evergreen Telehealth marketing budget: tracking spend, forecasting, and reporting on ROI across all channels and programs. What You Bring * 10–15+ years in DTC, telehealth, e-commerce, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or head-of-function role. * Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance with experience marketing off-label and non-FDA approved medications and supplements under FDA and FTC regulations.  * Proven track record building and scaling acquisition programs, with deep expertise in funnel optimization and channel diversification. * Executive-level communicator equally fluent presenting to leadership and writing copy that converts patients. * Financially literate with experience owning significant marketing budgets, managing agencies, and holding vendors accountable to performance. * Deep experience navigating regulated healthcare and telehealth environments; comfortable operating with legal, compliance, and clinical guardrails. * A clear vision for how to build and develop a high-performing marketing team: you’ll have the opportunity to hire and shape the org around you as the brand scales. * Experience in or comfort with PE-backed or high-growth environments: you understand the pace, appreciate the clarity of goals, and thrive when there’s real skin in the game. * A builder’s mindset: you’re energized by creating structure where there isn’t any yet, and you make confident decisions without waiting for a perfect playbook. * Fluency with AI tools as a force multiplier: you use technology to move faster, not as a talking point. * The rare ability to operate as both a visionary brand thinker and a rigorous performance marketer and build teams that do both.
