Flowbird Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced and driven Tender Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of hardware tender processes ranging from €100k to €5m. This strategic role is essential to driving business growth and ensuring the timely and successful submission of competitive bids.
As Tender Manager, you will lead a dedicated presales team, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical departments. You will be responsible for crafting compelling technical offers that clearly articulate the value of Flowbird’s hardware solutions, ensuring our proposals stand out in a competitive marketplace.
This position reports directly to the Managing Director for Germany and is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering results through structured project and people management.
