If you’re looking for an exciting career with purpose and want to work for a leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide, take a look at the opportunity we currently have available and apply!   Job Title:  Head of Textile Lab Operations Type of Employment: Permanent Department: Textile Lab Job Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka Job Responsibilities: * Maintain the Quality management system (QMS) & ISO/IEC 17025 requirement.  * Overall function of laboratory operations in respect of all technical and administrative aspects. * Maintaining agreed TAT of lab delivery in daily basis. * Develop new Softlines and Garment Testing and ensure training to technical personnel.  * Develop & maintain team’s efficiency & proper utilization of man & machine. * Manage & maintain the team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of testing, on-time report generation and effective performance.  * Responsible for the daily production oversight, experimental design, implementation, and completion of projects.  * Review testing reports, specially FAIL reports/Critical decision relevant worksheets and data for accuracy and completeness.  * Insure, team receives appropriate training on current test protocols and methodology. * Ensure 5S and other method of production and ever better team culture.  * Follow up and on time support/execution for any kinds of testing related request from Sales team/Buyer/supplier etc. * Work on new lab capability develop aspect. * Maintain & follow up, receiving any complaints, identifying cause analysis & take corrective action. * Manage & maintain regular operations needs in respect of purchase/ maintenance demand with concern divisions. * Ensuring good housekeeping of the laboratory. * Responsible for managing and supervising the employees in the team, including providing directions and feedback, ensuring on-time work completion, and approving leaves. * Determining work targets for team members/ reportees and controlling the extent of the work. * Ensuring team member’s/ reportees work quality and integrity. * Assessing and reviewing the work and performance of the team members/ reportees. * Participating in team member selection, remuneration recommendation and separation processes, as and when required. * Developing and motivating the team members/ reportees. * Answering any queries from customers related with in respect of technical issues. * Any new buyers developed in respect of technical issue and share the knowledge to others colleague and help to others division. * Helping other department for external training, Client visit for technical issues resolved, business visit with Sales team etc.    Required Skills: ·         Soft Skills:  •    Leadership skill   •    People Management skill •    Communication skill •    Decision-Making skill •    Negotiation skill    ·         Technical Skills:  •    ISO/IEC 17025 •    5S and lean and 6 sigma.  Educational Requirements: •    Graduation / Post Graduation in Textile Engineering/Physics/ Chemistry or any Science background.   Experience Requirements: •    Minimum 12-15 years experience in lab operations •    Awareness training of ISO/IEC 17025 •    Quality Management System (QMS) training. •    Test method technical training. •    Audit preparation training.   Other Job Requirements: ·         Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Bangla ·         Computer literacy: Hand-on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.   Interested candidates are requested to apply by 17 April 2026.
