Description
As Head of the Advertising, you will lead and coordinate the company’s regional advertising and marketing operations across Poland, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. You will manage local advertising managers, SMM specialists, designers, and external contractors, ensuring brand consistency, performance-oriented campaigns, and measurable business impact across all communication channels. This is a hands-on, strategic role for a dynamic, creative, and data-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands advertising as a commercial growth driver, not just brand aesthetics. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the digital and brand marketing strategy for regional markets. Plan, coordinate, and control multi-channel advertising campaigns (media, outdoor, digital, social media, exhibitions, PR). Manage advertising budgets, track spending efficiency, and report performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CPA, sales impact). Oversee the creation of advertising assets: print, video, digital, and social media content in collaboration with internal and external teams. Shape brand communication and positioning, defining key messages and value propositions for target audiences. Manage and enhance the company’s network of corporate websites, coordinating photo and video production, content updates, and UX improvements. Collaborate with category managers on marketing materials and product presentations for new and existing product lines. Lead the company’s participation in exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events. Design and execute loyalty programs, client and partner incentives, and marketing activities targeting architects, designers, and manufacturers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis, identifying new trends, formats, and tools to enhance advertising effectiveness. Candidate Profile Energetic and ambitious professional, eager to grow within a high-performance organization. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in B2B environments. Experience managing small creative or marketing teams is a plus. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CPA, conversion). Solid analytical and budgeting skills with the ability to translate results into actionable insights. Creative mindset with an eye for visual content, branding, and storytelling. Strategic yet operational, comfortable both building concepts and executing them independently. Collaborative communicator able to work cross-functionally with sales and procurement teams. Open-minded, proactive, and comfortable testing new advertising formats and hypotheses. Oriented toward tangible outcomes: brand recognition, sales support, and client loyalty Higher education required Fluent in English and local languages (Polish, Ukrainian, or Russian are an advantage). What the Company Offers Direct impact on the company’s international marketing and brand growth. Full ownership over regional advertising strategy and execution. Entrepreneurial culture encourages creativity, experimentation, and initiative. Supportive leadership and resources to test bold ideas and new formats. Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding European organization.
