Participate in the preparation and development of the Dubai Government’s records management strategy; prepare operational plans related to the department; and ensure their alignment with the Public Library’s guidelines .
Oversee the preparation of an annual plan for providing specialized consulting and technical services to government agencies on a fee-for-service basis, including the identification of priority areas such as classification, preservation, cataloging, inventory, and disposal, as well as the determination of the services that can be provided.
Oversee the delivery of the technical advisory services included in the approved plan, either through specialized teams within the library or in coordination with vendors and consulting firms contracted in accordance with approved regulations, thereby ensuring the provision of high-quality professional support in the areas of records management to government agencies.
