ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you have experience supporting senior leaders and want to take your career to the next level as Head of the Dean’s Office?
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the heart of Imperial Business School – part of a world-leading university renowned for excellence in science, technology, business, and innovation. You will provide strategic and operational support to the Dean, oversee the Dean’s Office team and play a key role in delivering major institutional initiatives.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

  • Coordinate strategic briefings, speeches, and travel planning to support the Dean’s external engagement and visibility
  • Oversee the planning and operations of the School’s Advisory Board
  • Line manage the EA to the Dean and ensure the smooth operation of the Dean’s schedule
  • Coordinate and contribute to strategic and research-driven projects on behalf of the Dean, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and driving meaningful impact across the School
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the School and University to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Provide leadership on strategic reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement
