Salary: £75,000 + depending on experience, with executive benefits What you’ll be doing: Lead the Sector wide Personal Security and Insider Risk initiatives across Air, to ensure we meet our strategic business aims and IPSA obligations to keep our business and people secure Working in close collaboration with Group and Air Sector Line of Businesses, set and deliver the risk management plan across all Air sites in the UK and overseas, leveraging our data to enable effective and fit-for-purpose risk-led decision making across the Sector Influence Strategic Business & Strategic Resilience outcomes through the provision of long-term horizon scanning/threat monitoring capabilities Set the strategy for and deliver a single, integrated Threat capability across Air, to enable threat-based decision making at all levels of the business Leverage our risk management data and understanding of the threat landscape, to shape security interventions, drive Strategic business decision making, support M&A activity and to identify opportunities for innovation Oversee and lead Air Sector’s security incident/investigation management capabilities, developing strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders Develop the Strategic threat and risk management capability across, Security, Cyber, Product Security and Resilience Lead a team of SQEP discipline leads across, Investigations, Insider Risk, Threat monitoring, Culture development and Communications On occasion deputise for the Functional director at senior level review and external partner engagements Your skills and experiences: Proven relevant security sector experience In-depth knowledge of threat and risk management approaches and tools.
