We are seeking a Head of Total Rewards Operations – Americas with strong leadership skills in operational service delivery. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in administering Total Rewards operational processes, with a proven ability to lead teams, resolve escalations, and implement operational improvements. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, internal control enforcement, and staff development across assigned functions in the Americas region. This role will report directly into the Head of Americas Shared Services (People Connect Americas) and is strictly focused on operational delivery and execution, not on Total Rewards strategy or program design.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR operations (benefits, compensation administration, leave management, or mobility), including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of U.S., Canadian, and/or LATAM regulatory practices in benefits, leave, and compensation administration.
  • Experience managing HR operations through platforms such as Workday and Dayforce preferred.
  • Experience in a shared services or global operational environment is a plus.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
