Work Setup: Hybrid (Makati) Work Schedule: Dayshift Job Summary: The Head of Training Facility & External Physician Affairs is responsible for overseeing the company’s healthcare training facility and managing external physician relations. The role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of specialized training programs, coordinating CPD initiatives, strengthening relationships within the medical community, and promoting the organization to potential physician candidates and healthcare partners. Qualifications: Licensed Physician With at least 2 years of professional work experience Prior leadership, training, or project management experience is preferred Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Confident in representing the organization in professional and external settings Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the operations of the company’s healthcare training facility. Manage specialized training programs such as Ultrasound, 2D Echo, Phlebotomy, and other competency-based programs Coordinate and oversee PRC CPD lectures and educational activities for healthcare professionals Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, specialists, and medical institutions Represent the organization during conventions, medical events, and external engagements Conduct visits to medical schools, residency programs, and training institutions to support physician sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives Ensure training and external affairs activities are aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements
