Working across areas including AI, digital transformation, operating model design, systems implementation and organisational change, you will help shape and deliver programmes that strengthen the organisation's ability to achieve its mission worldwide.

You will lead complex projects from concept through to implementation, working with stakeholders at Executive and Board level, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring lasting, measurable outcomes.
