YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, in the heart of Berlin, is home to Alstom’s DACH regional headquarters. Up to 500 colleagues of more than 40 nationalities work here, focusing on project management, business development, and regional strategy, with a special emphasis on rail digitalisation. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Higher level degrees are preferred: A master’s degree in engineering management, an MBA, or any related degree. A Ph.D. is an advantage
  • Professional certifications in projects management, operations, quality, business analysis, or any related certifications is an advantage
  • Possesses a network of influential contacts with stakeholders of Alstom’s industry as well as adjacent industries or businesses
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior management roles, with a focus on strategy, business transformation and project execution
  • Proven track record of successfully leading, implementing and executing strategic and business transformation initiatives
  • Proven record of successful negotiation skills on top management level as well as high level political stakeholders
  • Strong willingness to travel to interact on site level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business transformation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful CSR strategies and program
